Answer:
A specimen is a real-world example of how the mark is actually used on the goods or in the offer of services. Labels, tags, or containers for the goods are considered to be acceptable specimens of use.


Question: Are there any restrictions from trademarking a product name that contains Spanish words?

Answer:
The same laws and rules apply to marks in languages other than English. Other than those requirements, a non-English mark would have to be translated for the record.
